Tom Morales

Tom is co-founder and CEO of Morales Group.  He proudly embraces his Mexican heritage, as well as his Hoosier roots, which date back over 50 years.  After 23 successful years in sales and marketing with such companies as Proctor and Gamble, Union Carbide and Donaldson Corporation, he left to explore other opportunities.  His dream was to launch a business, which could utilize his corporate background, as well as allow his Mexican heritage to be a bridge between the Indianapolis business community and the growing Hispanic population.

Under Tom’s leadership, Morales Group has been recognized as one of the fastest growing Hispanic owned businesses in America, one of the best places to work in Indiana, and one of the nation’s top 100 Hispanic businesses.

He is actively involved in several key organizations, including the Boy Scouts board (Crossroads of America), Immigrant Welcome Center board member, member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and graduate of the Hispanic Business Council Mentor Protégé program, Commissioner on the Metropolitan Development Commission, appointed by Gov. Daniels as commissioner of SSAC (State Student Assistance Commission), board member for St. Francis Foundation, and member of the Latino Community Development.

Tom graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has lectured around the United States on immigration issues and continues to advocate on behalf of the Hispanic community.

Dedicated to God, family and community Tom exemplifies family values and has been married for 37 years to his high school sweetheart, Chris. They are the proud parents of five children.

Seth Morales

Seth is President of Morales Group. In 2005, Seth brought his business determination and passion for building meaningful relationships to the Morales Group. Led by an outstanding character and drive to surpass expectations, Seth quickly rose to a management position. His ability to think outside the box has enabled him to excel in his current role.

As a leader at MGI, Seth validates why MGI is one of the best places to work in Indiana. Seth was elected by Governor Pence to serve on the Indiana Commission for Hispanic Latino Affairs and volunteers with Project Stepping Stone, a college prep program that helps Hispanic high school students successfully prepare for college and beyond. In addition, Seth was a three-year starter and honorary captain of the Purdue Big Ten Championship Football team that played in the 2001 Rose Bowl.

Before coming to MGI, Seth worked at Ricoh Business Systems focusing on business development. He earned his BA from Purdue University and completed his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Committed to servant leadership in his professional and personal life, his Christian faith paves the way in all decisions. He and his wife, Jackie, enjoy traveling, watching Liverpool FC and are proud parents of their sons, Sebastián and Mateo.

Jackie Morales

Jackie Morales is Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Morales Group. Jackie joined the Morales team in 2008 and quickly embraced the mission and efforts toward global diversity. After learning the client side of the business in a business development role, Jackie moved into leadership role as the head of marketing. Her creative insight and marketing acumen have helped grow the organization from the client acquisition perspective and also on the community outreach side.

Giving back to her Latino roots is integral to her personal value statement and Jackie works diligently to stay involved with the Latino community. She was recently elected by the Hispanic Business Council of the Indianapolis Chamber as the first female, Latina in the chairman role. She also passionately works every summer with Project Stepping Stone, a college prep program that helps Hispanic high school students prepare for college and beyond, by mentoring and leading various workshops. In addition, she serves as the Executive Vice President of the Indianapolis chapter of National Society of Hispanic MBA’s and on the Executive Committee for the Cancer Support Community Central Indiana.

Prior to Morales Group, Jackie worked as the Deputy Press Secretary for Becky Skillman focusing on speech writing and media relations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington and completed her MBA from University of Notre Dame in 2014.

She proudly boasts her greatest accomplishment thus far as her new son, Sebastian Mateo Morales, born two months before her graduation from Notre Dame. For fun, Jackie and her husband, enjoy hiking, food adventures and traveling.

Dan Nierste

Dan Nierste joined Morales Group in May of 2014 as COO. Before Joining Morales Group, Dan was also President of Agie Charmilles Holding with responsibility for the “Americas” region. More recently Dan served as EVP at Knowledge Services and dotStaff where he was a founding investor / partner from inception. Dan comes to Morales Group with over 30 years of Marketing and Operations experience. His Management experience includes domestic and international P&L responsibility as the CEO of several multinational companies. In his role as COO Dan is responsible for all aspects of Staffing operations and delivery for Morales Group.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from University of Chicago.
